职位描述

Job Description
Align with established indirect procurement processes and propose improvements
where applicable.
- Build strong network with end users in China region. Develop strong knowledge and
expertise of goods and services to be purchased.
- Support buyers for negotiations and contracts with suppliers for the smooth
functioning of business at best market rates
- Ensure cost savings and supply security projects for the MRO Category are delivered
on time.
- Develop purchasing reports and improvement plans.
- Align with acceptable service levels defined by Indirect Procurement Management.
- Ensure compliance to specifications for goods and services to be purchased.
- Establish strong Supplier Relationship Management system and improve supplier
quality, reliability, and innovation.
- Provide required reports and analytics to Category Manager – Indirect Materials
China.
- Manage and guide the MRO Procurement process to:
o Process purchase orders in a timely manner and in compliance with
established local and corporate guidelines.
o Coordinate with internal stakeholders, like Engineering, Quality, Technical,
Procurement and Supply Chain teams, among others to ensure MRO
products and services fulfill expectations.
o Spot Bidding of MRO goods and services procurement.
o Contracts Management.
o Monitor and support timely payment to suppliers.
- Other duties as assigned by Category Manager – Indirect Materials China or
Regional Procurement Director China.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical/automation engineering, or Procurement-related
disciplines.
Master’s degree in Finance/Economics/Business Administration desirable.
Additional courses or certifications in Procurement or Supply Chain is a plus.
Experience:
8+ years of MRO purchasing experience in a continuous manufacturing setting for
Mineral/Metal/Chemical industry is required and across sites management.
9. Knowledge:
- Microsoft Office proficiency, especially MS Excel.
- ERP system experience, such as SAP.
- Clear understanding of duty/ tax implications on MRO materials and services across
countries.
- Experience in RFX/Bidding/e. Auction Process.
- Basic understanding of Logistics.
