职位描述
Primary Activities 主要工作：
- Strictly follow up the operating rules to ensure the operation and working area to be controlled under the EHS regulation and policy.
在油漆操作过程中充分考虑对环境和人身安全的影响，变更时也必须充分考虑到对环境因素、职业健康安全风险的控制；贯彻质量、环境、安全标准，确保操作符合产品质量、环境保护、安全生产的要求。
- Finish the appointed job with required quality level on time.
按时并保证质量地完成分配的工作任务。
- Strictly follow up the technical process.
严格执行工艺技术要求
- Perform the equipment daily inspection
执行设备的日常点检和维护
- Improve the 5S activity
提高并参与5S现场活动
- Report to workshop supervisor or HSE dept. if find any safety risk
- 发现安全风险及隐患应立即报告主管或HSE工程师；
Education & Work experience 教育及工作经验:
- Above junior high school
初中及以上学历
- Min. two years working experience in mechanical factory
具有2年以上机械厂油漆经验
Knowledge, Skill & Competence Required 知识、技术及能力:
- Be familiar with paint specification
熟悉油漆特性
- Knowledge of mixing process of paint, and he/she has ability to operate based on the technical requirements
熟练掌握油漆的调配，根据工艺规范进行操作。
- Have the environmental awareness and respect the rule that not allow to operate in outside area.
能注重环境意识，不能在规定以外的空间进行操作
