Sr. Mechanical Engineer

1.Conduct the fixture design of new projects.

2.Non-standard equipment design and auto equipment design.

3.Support to manufacturing improvement by jig/fix and tooling. development, Management and daily checking of equipment’s/tooling

4.Tooling management and optimization.

5.Drawing of tooling/fixture central management.

6.Timely coordination processing in the design, manufacturing, purchasing, assembling, debugging problems in the process, provide technical support to use for subsequent.

Qualifications and Requirements

1.Familiar with common mechanical structure, materials, methods of heat treatment of materials.

2.To understand the common mechanical processing technology.

3.Be familiar with the use of graphic design software including Auto CAD and SolidWorks. Be familiar with MS office.

4.At least 5 years working experience in non-standard equipment design and automation equipment design experience.

5.5 years’ experience in equipment sustain and maintenance.

6.Major in mechanical design is must, Knowledge in electronic is a plus.

7.Good English reading and writing.

8.College or above, major in mechanical design manufacturing and automation.
