2. Actively understand the market information and industry dynamics, timely feedback to the company related industry information, grasp the market dynamics, including the industry development trend, target customer scale and product use, customer market development direction, etc; 积极了解市场信息和行业动态，及时向公司反馈相关行业讯息，把握市场动态，包括同行业发展态势、目标客户规模和产品使用情况、客户市场发展方向等；

3. Maintain customer relationship, maintain good communication with customers, grasp customer needs in real time, and do a good job in the communication bridge between customers and the company's factory; 维护客户关系，与客户保持良好沟通，实时把握客户需求，做好客户与公司工厂之间的沟通衔接桥梁工作；

4. Familiar with the use of the company's products in the client side, while helping customers solve problems, can explore the potential needs of customers; 熟悉公司产品在客户端的使用情况，在帮助客户解决问题的同时，能发掘客户的潜在需求；
