Job Summary:
As a key role in expanding our non-sausage meat product business, you will utilize your expertise, craftsmanship, and innovative thinking to develop high-quality meat products that align with the Johnsonville brand positioning. Your role will be instrumental in achieving and surpassing sales targets, expanding market share, and enhancing brand influence in this new business area.
Responsibilities:
Product Development and Innovation:
61 Identify market trends and consumer needs to uncover innovation opportunities for non-sausage meat products. Lead the development of new products from concept to launch, ensuring their uniqueness and competitiveness in the market to drive business growth.
61 Manage the entire product life cycle, including collecting and analyzing market feedback to iterate and optimize products, continuously improving quality and consumer satisfaction.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
61 Work closely with the product marketing team to translate market strategies into concrete R&D plans. Coordinate resources and tackle technical challenges to ensure R&D projects proceed as scheduled, achieving a seamless alignment of technical and market goals.
61 Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to effectively communicate product features, advantages, and selling points. Provide strong support for achieving sales targets and jointly develop marketing strategies to increase market penetration.
Customer Relationship Management:
61 Maintain key customer relationships by precisely understanding their needs and providing customized non-sausage meat product solutions. Enhance customer loyalty and drive extensive product distribution across various channels.
61 Offer professional meat product application solutions and technical training to customers, covering product upgrades, new technology applications, and formula innovations. Help customers improve their product competitiveness and expand market share.
Market Research and Analysis:
61 Conduct regular market research to collect and analyze data on industry trends, competitor information, and consumer preferences. Provide accurate decision-making support for product strategies, innovation directions, and market positioning of non-sausage meat products.
Job Requirements:
Work Experience:
61 Over 6 years of R&D experience in the meat product industry, with at least 3 years of team management experience. Candidates with experience in technical services and marketing are preferred. Successful case histories of non-sausage meat product projects are a must.
Professional Skills:
61 Proficiency in meat product processing techniques, formula design, and quality control. Mastery of various cooking methods, especially in the non-sausage meat product field. The ability to perfectly integrate cooking artistry with industrial production is essential.
Personal Qualities:
61 Enthusiastic and passionate about meat product R&D. Willing to break traditional boundaries, continuously explore innovations, and lead the team to new industry heights.
61 Exceptional communication skills, capable of efficient cross-departmental, cross-functional, and cross-regional collaboration. Ability to unite diverse forces to achieve goals.

Working Conditions:
