Stamping die designer

1.Stamping die designing background

2.More than 5 years of experience in stamping die design. Candidates with experience in electronic connector are preferred.

3.Using Creo to design Die is preferred

4.Candidates with experience in the design of connector terminals for automotive, home appliances and consumer device are preferred

5.Good at feasibility of assessment (DFM), design and engineering changes/modification for new product stamping dies

6.Have ability to operate the die development process and handle engineering changes

7.Have ability to evaluate die costs and stamping processes analysis.

8.Be familiar with the application of stamping materials and die materials

9.Familiar with stamping processing, tool fabrication, die assembly and conditioning, and have an understanding of the operation of stamping machines.

10.Foreign language communication skills (English or French) and be able to directly discussing with overseas clients.

1.Product evaluation, DFM report (including simulation analysis), and review with customers about mold solutions

2.Die design, 3D and 2D drawing design, Design concept and detail review with customer.

3.Improvement plans for the size and appearance of stamping parts.

4.Preparation of the die delivery report (die models, drawings, and related documents)

5.Long-term overseas work
