职位描述

Objective of Position:

Under the direction of the Vehicle Safety Expert leading the project, the candidate team must execute and fulfill the work package regarding crash tests. He/she will be responsible for tracking and supervising the defined crash tests directly at the corresponding tests institute. Discussion and alignment with the team and customer about any changes/delays/improvements, coordination of parts and vehicles, preparation of check lists, track the ongoing preparation status, prepare a summary and final report regarding the test are task among other that have to be performed for this project. Business trips to the test institutes are necessary (from actual point of view (Nanjing, Beijing and Shanghai)

Task/Responsibility:

1. Supervision and track crash tests

Understand all the standards and rating protocol to ensure the good execution of every crash test. Follow continually the preparation of all crash vehicles. Fill-up the check lists prior and after each test to ensure data availability for further

correlation and assessment activities at customer side. Visual inspection and documentation of the post-crash test and during the tear down process. Assure effective interface between the team, customer, and tests institutes

2. Reporting task

Preparation of short and summary reports of the ongoing crash tests. Notification of any issue of concern during the visual inspection directly after each crash test and during the tear down of the vehicles.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor of mechanics engineering or related

2. Experience in Vehicle Safety test/ integration

3. Relevant Technical Skills:

Crashworthiness, restraint system, safety related subsystem

Biomechanics

Vehicle Safety regulation, C-NCAP and C-IASI

Crash test results analysis
