客户经理 (职位编号：Project & Account Manager)

- Identify, evaluate, acquire and foster the relationship with pharma companies that have potential for the Delivery Systems business.

- Build up knowledge of the injectable market and its future development including understanding market demand and competition.

- Act as the local representative in customization projects with Chinese customers.

- Coordination of all customer related topics between customer and HQ, e.g. agreement, technical, quality-related, registration, logistical or commercial nature to ensure timeliness of projects and deliveries, high customer satisfaction and the profitability of the products.

- Foster the relationship with our Chinese customers during project and supply phase

- Keep close communication with HQ, support headquarter colleagues that have Chinese contacts in meetings and visits (culture, language)

- Translate, prepare and discuss project related documents for Chinese local customers

- Represent company at relevant exhibitions, fairs and congresses

- Build up and keep good relationship with industry networking partners

Qualifications:

- Master or above degree in Engineering, Mechanics, bioengineering or related. Economics in addition if technical background

- Minimum five to seven or more years in project management or product management in pharmaceutical / medtec related industry

- Related working experience in multinational medtech company with international mindset

- Study / work in abroad is a plus
