采购工程师Procurement Engineer

1. Handling procurement inquiries raised by customers during production or pre-sales, conduct price comparisons and evaluations upon request, and complete the signing of procurement contracts;处理客户在生产或预售过程中提出的采购咨询，根据要求进行比价和评估，完成采购合同的签订；

2. Promoting and improving the work between various departments, ensuring project delivery time, especially coordinating with project managers, technicians, and suppliers;促进和改进各部门之间的工作，确保项目交付时间，特别是与项目经理、技术人员和供应商的协调；

3、Inquire, compare and negotiate with suppliers, and report relevant information (delivery cycle, minimum order quantity, packaging requirements, quality standards, price conditions, etc.); Responsible for maintaining and updating the procurement report ledger, and importing project BOM tables; 与供应商进行查询、比较和谈判，并报告相关信息（交货周期、最低订单数量、包装要求、质量标准、价格条件等）；负责维护和更新采购报告台账，并导入项目BOM表；

4. Responsible for tracking the procurement progress, ensuring that purchased materials can arrive and be stored in a timely, high-quality, and quantity manner;负责跟踪采购进度，确保采购物资及时、保质、保量到达；

5. Responsible for company and suppliers in handling related incoming material quality issues;负责公司和供应商处理相关来料质量问题；

6、Responsible for negotiating and following up on European orders；负责欧洲订单接洽及跟进；

7、Other work tasks assigned by the department manager.部门经理安排的其他工作任务。

Requirements for the position岗位要求：

1.Bachelor's degree or above, with a focus on science and engineering, mechanical, electronic, electromechanical integration, and other related majors;本科以上学历，从事理工、机械、电子、机电一体化等相关专业；

2.English proficiency level 4 or above, able to communicate fluently in English for daily work;英语水平6级或以上，能看懂英文资料及日常邮件，口语能基本交流；

3. Can understand drawings, understand machining processes, be price sensitive, and have strong cost awareness;能理解图纸，了解加工工艺，对价格敏感，有较强的成本意识；

More than five years of work experience in non-standard automation industry or manufacturing enterprises; Proficient in operating ERP system (Kingdee K3)五年以上非标自动化行业或制造企业工作经验；熟练操作ERP系统（金蝶K3）

4、Good communication skills, negotiation skills, and organizational skills are required, as well as certain abilities in market analysis, project planning, and execution.良好的沟通能力、谈判能力和组织能力，以及一定的市场分析、项目规划和执行能力。
