粉配方师（英语熟练）

1.优先使用中国原材料研究和开发适合中国及亚洲市场的配方；

Research and develop make-up formulae suitable for the China & Asia market using preferentially Chinese raw materials.

2.保证配方符合中国国家标准；

Guarantee make-up formulae comply with china national standard.

3.保证化妆品配方符合CSAR和客户的黑名单要求；

Guarantee make-up formulae comply with CSAR and black list from Clients.

4.根据GMP标准去管理实验室原料和开发配方；

Manage lab raw material and develop formulas according to GMP standard.

5.为QC和生产部提供解决配方相关问题的支持；

Provide support to QC and Production for the solution of issues related to make-up formulae.

6.与原材料采购部门合作，寻找新的原材料来源，以降低量产成本；

Cooperate with RM Sourcing to scout new RM sources to reduce bulk cost.

7.组织和执行稳定性，相容性和其他必要的测试，以评估化妆品的适用性；

Organize and perform stability, compatibility and other tests necessary to evaluate the suitability of the cosmetic products.

8.上级交办的其他工作。

Other tasks assigned by superior.

任职要求Qualifications

1.3年以上彩妆实验室配方研发经验；

At least 3 years’ experience in make-up laboratory as a formulator.

2.本科以上学历(硕士优先)，化妆品科学/化学、化工及相关专业；

Graduate at least Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or higher preferred) in Cosmetic Chemistry/ Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or related fields.

3.了解化妆品配方和制造工艺的技术知识；

Understanding of make-up formulation and manufacturing process technical expertise

4.有与当地原材料供应商合作的意识和经验；

Awareness & experience working with local RM suppliers

5.了解流变学、美学和色彩搭配；

Understanding of rheology , aesthetic and colour matching

6.中英文流利；

Proficient in Mandarin & English

7.熟悉微软办公软件和ERP系统。

Familiar with Microsoft Office & ERP system.
