机械设计工程师Product Developer, Mechanical (LED)
The Mechanical Product Developer (Mechanical Engineer) will be responsible for engineering aspects of our digital projection technology which include design changes, component approvals, print updates, and vendor / supplier communications. The incumbent will also be responsible for employing industry standards into designs, applying formal problem solving techniques as required, and keeping a strong communication link with team members at the Canadian office.
任职资格 Qualifications
§ Mechanical Engineering Bachelor’s degree or above
§ Manufacturing industry experience with exposure with Quality Control systems and processes
§ With minimum 3 years relevant experience in the design of mechanical, and preferably optical devices or LED displays design.
§ Ability in working with Suppliers & Manufacturers both internal and external to the Proficient in the use of 3D Parametric Solid Modeling CAD Packages, preferably Solid Works, and the development of detailed engineering drawings using geometric dimensioning and tolerance techniques
§ Experience designing and developing mechanical structures for LED displays, ensuring stability, heat dissipation &waterproof performance.
§ Experience designing the following: injection molded plastic parts, sheet metal parts, machined parts and assemblies, mechanisms
§ Familiar at designing for high-volume manufacturing and cost optimization
§ Experience using design tools such as: DFMEA, PFMEA, Poka-Yoke, DOE
§ Fluent in English reading and written
§ Strong problem-solving skills
§ An exceptional team player with experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
*机械设计类专业，本科及以上学历
*制造业经验，熟悉质量控制系统与流程
*3年以上机械设计相关经验，有光学产品或LED显示屏结构设计经验者优先
*能够与内部和外部的供应商和制造商合作，熟练使用3D建模，尤其是Solid Works，并能使用几何尺寸和公差技术开发详细的工程图纸
*具注塑件、钣金件、包装，机加工件及总成等设计经验
*设计LED显示屏机械结构，确保稳定性、散热及防水性能。
*能够对现有产品进行设计改进和成本优化
*英语读写熟练
*有使用设计工具的经验，如DFMEA, PFMEA, Poka-Yoke, DOE等
*较强的问题解决能力，跨部门沟通能力和团队合作精神
