Responsibilities and Main Tasks:

1.People management: Manage and drive a team of more than 8 engineers.Supports direct reports' careers and performance through individual goal setting and career development, performance feedback and assessments, hiring and Ｏnboarding.

2.Process development: Oversee process development, roll-out and qualification in SRSF area.

3.Project management: Initiate, allocate material resources, track progress, and set priorities for multiple cross-function process development projects. Coordinate daily activities within and between projects.

4.Customer communication: Must be able to communicate and liaise with key customers Ｏn NPI, YIP/CIP activities.

5.Ensure continuous improvement program is in place to improve quality and capacity constraints.

6.Work closely with quality, maintenance and operations to ensure excursion free manufacturing and smooth executions.

7.Coach and guide engineers Ｏn troubleshooting skills, understanding of processes, decision making, and risk assessment.Requirement：

1.Requires 5+ years of SRSF experience with a Bachelor's degree.

2.Prior supervision experience is desired but not required for this role.

3.Individual must be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals. Individual must prepare and present technical reports of activities.

4.Must be a team player. Must be able to collaborate and communicate effectively with a diverse group of engineers and technicians.

5.Additional experience in Ｏne or more of the following areas in the IC Substrate manufacturing industry.
