We are currently expanding our Logistics teams in Qingdao and looking for new colleagues who will join our team.
Your tasks:
61 Customers / Sales communication
61 Order delivery note creation and arrangement
61 Coordinate with related department and DC team and Warehouse to realize sales orders to delivery.
61 Customer fill rate measurement, Back order or gap analysis and improvement
61 Order lifetime follow up and lead time control
61 Reminder all missing parts to Procurement on time.
61 Incomplete order management
61 Goods in transit information providing and allocate material to orders
61 Track and control short term orders
61 Any improvement activities, for better customer satisfaction
61 Customer return management
61 Customer Consignment Stock management, including inventory level, physical stock taking and consignment supplier management.
61 SLOB management and improvement
Your profile:
61 Bachelor Degree or above with 2 years material management experience
61 SAP or other ERP system experience
61 Strong data analysis and data comparison skill
61 Good communication skills, include business negotiations
61 Be able to adapt to frequent domestic business travel
61 Good English skills
