工作内容

1. Responsible for injection equipments maintenance and improvement

负责注塑设备正常工作和改善

2. Create and maintain the equipments according to the maintenance plan

建立设备维护计划并根据此计划维护设备

3. Set up and define the machine parameter to ensure the stable quality performance

按照生产要求调整设备参数确保良好的产品输出和质量要求

4. Increase and optimize use of the life of the machines and improvement of operational safety

提升、最优化机器的使用寿命和操作的安全性

5. Analyze the machine vulnerabilities, focus on plant availability and reduction of interference

分析设备易损点，持续关注设备利用率和减少设备之间的干扰

6. Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, improve construct and dismantle machines

善于检查、发现、修理、改善、组装并拆解设备

7. Create and update the overviews and instruction of machines

建立并更新设备的概述和操作指示检查并管控备件的购买、储存和有效期

8. Check and control oil levels, lubrication, liquids in machines and spare parts store, purchase, maturity

检查并管控设备润滑情况和设备内各液体的状况，以及备件的购买、储存和有效期控制

9. Other tasks assign by manager

完成上级分配的其他任务

Colleague or above education background in mechanical, electrical field.

大专或本科以上学历, 机械,电子,电气或相关专业毕业.

Good English level in spoken and written, good communication skills with English.

英语听说读写,交流能力好.

Good communication and problem solving ability

良好的沟通能力,团队合作精神,和一定的工作压力承受能力.

3-year automotive working experience as process or equipment engineer.

相关汽车电子行3年以上工作经历.

Good physical condition

良好的身体条件（需要有电工证）
