1. Injection mold design background

2. More than 5 years of experience in injection mold design. Candidates with experience in electronic connector mold design are preferred.

3. Candidates with experience in designing connectors for automotive, home appliances, and consumer devices are preferred.

4. Skilled in using Creo, UG, and AutoCAD. Using Creo for mold design is preferred.

5. Skilled in using simulation software such as Moldex and Moldflow.

6. Familiar with injection molding machines, the molding process, mold assembly, and conditioning.

7. Based on the product design, provide a feasibility analysis report from the perspective of mold design and production.

8. High sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and teamwork ability.

9. Foreign language communication (English or French) and able to directly communicate with overseas customers.

85Job Responsibility

1. Product evaluation, DFM evaluation report (including mold flow analysis), and review with customers about mold solutions.

2. Mold design; 3D and 2D drawing designs; customer communication; and evaluation.

3. Improvement plans for size and appearance problems of molded parts.

4. Preparation of the mold delivery report (mold models, drawings, and related documents).

5. Long-term overseas work.
