Job Responsibility:
83 Overall Support: support China exteriors divisions on EHS management,be bridge of corrprate EHS and divisions. Fully understand the EHS requirements and expectations of Magna Corporate and communicate the information to divisions; participate Corporate EHS Audit / Inspections and coordinate the follow up work of the findings generated from Audit / Inspection.
83 EHS Performance:Drive overall China exteriors divisions EHS performances; to ensure there is 0 severe finding; 0 open finding over 9/12 months;keep E/SIPR risk at minimum level. Develop and implement the specific HSE projects in China exteriors group to maintain and optimize a safe, compliant, attractive and efficient magna exteriors workplace.
83 EHS Culture:Support EHS activities to improve overall EHS awareness and behavior of Operation people and contractors to meet Magna`s expectation of EHS
83 Local GOV support:Work together with Magna legal and EHS team to support divisions to meet local EHS laws and regulations. Anticipates trends in laws and regulations, advises management on existing and new government regulations relating to environment, health and safety, and recommends necessary action to attain or maintain compliance request
83 Emergency:Support Divisions to handler on safety and ENV emergency cases
83 EHS Investment:Support divisions to planning,executing,tracking and analysis EHS budget, to keep executing EHS programs in a cost-effective way. Participate in division’s operation or change project or PSHSR(research) phase to support EHS requirements.
83 EHS competency development:Coordinate all kinds of Magna Mandetory professional EHS training process and closed-loop management to support divisions to develop operation people EHS capability/competency
83 Division Obervation:Act as advisor for division EHS process from procedure, execution and risk assessment; facilitate exteriors internal audits/observe in terms of like occupational safety and health, environment management and fire protection management. Contractor management
83 Other tasks assigned by line manager
Qualifications:
83 Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering of safety, chemical, mechanic…
83 At least 5 years’ experience of site EHS from complex manufacturing process company,painting/ injection company is preferred
83 Smart communication skill, Interacts easily with all levels employees;team worker
83 Fluent English skill both in Written and Oral
83 Know well in EHS related Chinese regulation or law and Magna EHS request
