1. Critical Path Management

a. Fabric Inhouse Date / Cut Date / Sewing Date / Inspection date / Sample approval.

b. Validate Supplier Data in system and flag concerns with special focus on adverts.

2. On Time Delivery Management

a. Ensure that the OTD KPI’s are meet.

b. Focus on RFID ( Ready for Intake Date at Warehouse at Port )

c. Address any concerns on delay to Sourcing Teams

d. Advert orders special focus

3. Capacity Management

a. Support seasonal supplier evaluation and support seasonal capacity blocking.

b. Firsthand data on PU capacity / Validate PU capacity and line plans.

c. Understand each PU’s peak season and low season.

4. Communication

Communicate with EU teams (Order Writing and Merchant) regarding LDD delays and other post-order activities. The Production Merchandiser will *** collaborate with the supplier and the Sourcing Manager to mitigate delivery delays. If, despite these efforts, delivery impacts cannot be avoided, the Production Merchandiser will then inform the relevant EU teams while keeping the Sourcing Team (Sourcing Manager/Sourcing Specialist) in the email loop.

5. Market Intelligence:

Being the commercial eye in the production field

proactively provide qualitative and quantitative feedback form the ground to Sourcing Managers

6. Other:

Ensure factory follow C&A SOP for production, logistic etc

Ensure all production runs within approved PU Tier 1 & Tier 2

Being engaged cross functionally in PPM if needed.

Monitor the Certification uploads.

General validation of data entry from suppliers in PLM

Evaluate new supplier to identify factory set up on commercial matters incl. product capability,

production capacity and monitor their development in order to secure that objectives are fulfilled.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

1. Degree in Fashion & Textiles

2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in garment production related areas
