Your responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies for managing goods inventory, including setting target levels for raw materials, monitoring stock to avoid overstock and stockouts.

2. Oversee the order fulfillment process to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

3. Oversee the logistics of finished goods movement, coordinate with team for timely and efficient delivery, ensure the smooth flow of products from the warehouse to customers.

4. Generate regular reports on inventory metrics, analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and present findings and recommendations to management.

5. Supervise and lead the inventory control team, providing training and development, assigning tasks and responsibilities, and fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Your background:

1. Colleage’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Proficiency in inventory management software, ERP systems.

5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
