Quality Inspector 质量检验员

1. Ensure all *** article inspections are performed in accordance to planned and implemented quality criteria.

2. Ensure all receiving goods conform to technical specifications (Drawings, Bill of Material, internal specifications), meet internal and external quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations, licenses, and certifications.

3. Ensure geometric dimensional inspection for FAI and incoming parts.

4. Ensure the process improvements regarding the parts quality.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Create inspection plans in accordance to released technical specifications (Drawings, Bill of Material, internal specifications)

2. Perform and document inspection results on single parts as well as on assembly groups regarding function, dimensions, surfaces and raw materials according relevant technical specifications (Metals, Plastics, Fabrics)

3. Create documentation as objective evidence of your inspection results in inspection reports.

4. Define and if necessary initiate sourcing of applicable measurement tooling.

5. Support the problem-solving process of parts quality with internal/external interfaces.

6. Create quality notification for non-conforming parts in accordance to internal procedures.

7. Other tasks assigned by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION: Bachelor or above; Major in mechanical engineering or automation or materials science.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: >1 years in professional field

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: Basic measuring tool application and Quality inspection knowledge

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Good English communication skills , this is the necessary requirement of this position

COMPUTER SKILLS: Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) , SAP experience is preferred
