Merchandiser（外贸业务跟单）

1. Responsible for dealing with international trade and export-related matters, including communication with customers, preparing quotation, order proceeding and shipping arrangement.

2. Responsible for customer order management, arranging production and managing the whole progress of order follow-up with coworkers.

3. Timely deal with any problems in the production process of orders, production coordination and tracking of the completion of orders (such as delivery, customer complaints and after service, etc.).

4. Responsible for arranging the third-party inspection, product testing and other matters.

5. Responsible for completion of customer inquiry, gather detailed background information and requirements for new project with customer, and work with PD team to review the details for new project before working out the cost price with the team of costing. Work with production team for sample request. Make sure the sample is of a satisfactory level of quantity and on the timeline. Follow up the comments with customer accordingly after they review them.

职位要求：

1.More than 1 years working experience in trading and manufacturing.

2.Background in wood and upholstery indoor furniture. Familiar with the entire operation process of export business documentation.

3.Good at oral and writing English.

4.Good communication and people skills.

5.Good at problem-solving-skills and sense of accountability
