Job Tasks:
Operational Strategy and Execution:
1.Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to meet the defined target performance.
2.Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
3.Responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
4.Oversee the efficient material receipt, goods storage, value-adding servicing, and dispatch of products.
5.Develop comprehensive operational strategies that align with the company's long-term vision and short-term goals.
6.Implement and monitor strategic initiatives, including the adoption of new technologies and processes to improve quality, production efficiency and reduce costs.
7.Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and financial sustainability.
8.Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and drive operations of PULS SZ.
Operational Excellence:
1.Plan and implement capacity increase projects base on demand planning.
2.Responsible for Value stream design of PULS SZ; Drive system CIP projects, lead cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement to achieve sustainable productivity, quality improvement and operational efficiency increase.
3.Ensure plant technical capacity and investment planning base on volume development, initiate and implement systematic projects to reduce cycle time and improve productivity and quality.
4.Plan and implement process automation roadmap to continuously improve quality cost and delivery.
5.Deploy data collection and management system to visualize and improve plant-level quality and productivity performance.68686868
Ensure all the operations related processes are compliant with PULS’ quality standards and can meet customer expectations.
People Leading, Developing and Coordination:
1.Provide visionary leadership to the teams of Production, Warehouse, Engineering, and Operation Excellence, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
2.Develop the capabilities of the team for high performance and establish the talents pipeline for key positions for the future.
3.Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to optimize workflows, resource utilization, and communication.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and the sharing of best practices across departments.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree of Electronics/Electrical Engineering/Mechanics
10+ years management working experience multinational companies of electronics manufacturing industry, with at least experience in production and engineering functions.
Adequate knowledge of operations management in electronics manufacturing, such as production processes, quality control, engineering, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Modern principles/methods of the production (Lean manufacturing, Kaizen,) and quality management system, such as Value Stream Mapping, FMEA, DFMEA, APQP, FPY, OEE etc.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with colleagues, customers, and senior management.
Be able to have successful interactions with people from other country and geographic groups, be curious about other cultures, sensitive to cultural differences.
Be open in expressing wishes, thoughts and feelings and encouraging others to do likewise, find out solutions by appealing to the shared interest of all parties and reality.
