Field Service Engineer

1. Education & Major: Bachelor's degree，Major In Microelectronics or Electronic Engineering

学历及专业：微电子，电子信息等相关专业，本科以上学历

2. Preferably Experience: Familiar with probe card, above 3 years probe card repair and service experience. Or wafer testing related work experience

优先工作经验：熟悉探针卡，有3年以上探针卡的维修和服务相关工作经验, 或晶圆测试相关工作经验。

3. Special Skill: have some circuit test analysis ability，can repair cantilever and vertical probe card for physical and electrical issues, have soldering skill.

优先考虑：有电路分析能力，能维修悬臂，垂直针的物理和电性问题，有一定的焊接基础。

4. Willing to travel to customer site provide onsite technical support.

能够出差到客户所在地提供现场技术支持。

5. Other: Can communicate with customer and have strong responsibility, Team player.

其他： 能和客户良好沟通，并有很强的责任心和团队合作精神。

Job Description:

1. Service and support probe card installation and repair, solve probe card issue for customer.

负责探针卡的售后，客户服务，和问题解决。

2. Judge the probe card status according customer field information, do necessary repair on customer site if needed.

根据客户现场的情况和错误报告等信息， 对探针卡进行判断和维修。

3. Trace some complex issue of probe card，find the root cause and work out the solution.

对一些探针卡难以解决的问题进行追踪和分析，查出根本的原因，并找到解决方案。
