1. Manage the V&V activities for Solutions (Fluence and QIJI) and projects (SZL20 and SHL3L4):

- Ensure the correct application of the ALSTOM V&V process for QIJI validation

- Contribute in fixing any V&V blocking item during validation

- Contribute in securing the V&V Operation

- Train CASCO people when necessary on both V&V EQT and V&V SYS

- Monitor the CASCO engineers maturity involved in V&V activities

2. Ensure the correct maturity of the ALSTOM test bench (V&V EQT and FIVP) when applied

- Secure the ALSTOM test-bench availability and performances

- Interface the ALSTOM experts when necessary

- Anticipate the necessary improvement of ALSTOM test-bench for future QIJI validation purpose

- Ensure the performance required for ALSTOM test-bench in terms of quantity of trains, in terms of duration

3. QIJI solution industrialization for multi projects deployment

- Build the standard BOM (Built Of Material) and standard BOQ (Build Of Quantity)

- Coordinate the expert teams for easily upgrade a line / the train fleet in service, in case of bug correction or track plan update

- Initiate and Lead the definition of a standard migration plan describing the way to transform a U888 line in a QIJI line. The document shall:

o Consider each of the V&V cycle steps, including installation and T&C

o Include the necessary tools to be developed

o Optimize the deployment process

o Include the planning, in particular during T&C (night by night)

Performance measurements:

- BaseLine (Solution / Project) validated on time (V&V EQT + V&V SYS)

- ALSTOM TestBench availability and performance reached

- Plan ready when starting a new project
