- Responsible for seasonal buying on all categories (Mens/Womens)
- Implement merchandising strategies from regional and HQ to maximize sales potentials
- Provide solutions to achieve EOS sell thru
- Accountable for stock allocations and ensure stock in-store timely and effectively
- Replenish and reorder sensibly according to pre-approved seasonal budget
- Assist Merchandising Manager and relevant stakeholder to provide merchandising support to the team and DOS in China
- Provide regular product training to store teams
