职位描述
1. Develop and implement the company's operational strategy to ensure alignment with the
company's goals and development direction.
2. Manage and optimize the daily operational processes of the company, including production,
quality, process, lean production, equipment and facility maintenance, and establish
management and supervision system for each function department.
3. Lead and guide the team to ensure the work efficiency and quality and drive the
achievement of team goals.
4. Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics, and develop corresponding operational
strategies and plans for the company.
5. Work closely with other departments, coordinate resources, and solve cross departmental
operational problems and challenges.
6. Responsible for formulating and managing operational budgets to ensure the financial
sustainability of the company's operational activities.
7. Supervise and evaluate operational performance, timely adjust and improve operational
strategies and plans.
8. Ensure that the company's operational activities comply with laws, regulations, and industry
standards to ensure compliance with the company's operations.
9. Supervise and inspect the company's safe production and environmental protection work,
organize process and equipment improvement and process optimization.
10. Build and improve the personnel team, cultivate talents, and assist the company in
sourcing necessary talents.
11. Acting as a deputy in operation work for Managing Director A/P.
12. Other work and tasks assigned by superiors.

6.负责制定和管理运营预算,确保公司运营活动的财务可持续性;
7.监督和评估运营绩效,及时调整和改进运营策略和方案;
8.确保公司的运营活动符合法律法规和行业标准,保障公司合规经营;
9.监督检查公司安全文明生产和环保工作,组织工艺、设备改善提升和过程优化;
10.建设完善人员梯队,培养人才,并协助公司引进所需人才;
11.亚太区总裁的运营职务代理人;
12.上级领导安排的其他工作和任务。
1. Full time Bachelor degree or above, majoring in science and engineering;
2. At least ten years of production management experience, with at least five years of
experience as a production manager. Priority given to the one who has production
management experience in the automotive interior trim industry;
3. Proficient in production management, process management, quality management, lean
production, and equipment and facility maintenance related operational management
experience;
4. Familiar with IATF16949 system and 6S management, familiar with 5 quality tools,
experienced in on-site control, good communication and coordination skills;
5. Possess strong team building and management abilities, build high-performance
management teams and talent echelons, and good at developing technical talents;
6. Possess responsibility and strong goal management skills, independent problem-solving
and stress resistance abilities, high sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;
7. Skilled in data analysis and possessing excellent logical thinking skills in data analysis;
8. English can be used as the working language.
1.全日制大学本科及以上学历,理工科专业;
2.至少十年以上生产管理经验,其中担任生产经理经验不少于五年,有汽车内饰行业生产管理经
验;
3.精通生产管理、工艺流程管理、质量管理、精益生产、设备设施维修相关运营管理经验;
4.熟悉IATF16949体系及6S管理,熟悉5大质量工具(现场管控经验丰富,沟通协调能力
好;
5.具备较强的团队建设及管理能力,打造高绩效管理团队、人才梯队建设,擅长技术类人才培
养;
6.具备责任担当和极强的目标管理能力,具备独立解决问题和抗压能力,有高度的责任心和团队
合作精神;
7.善于数据分析,具备优秀的数据逻辑思维能力;
8 英语可作为工作语言。
