1. 大专以上的学历

2. 有过品质检验的经验，

3. 有机械工程背景的更佳

4. 愿意经常出差到周边省份。

5. 熟悉office 软件操作。

6. 工作勤奋，时间观念强。

7. 可以看懂简单英文，用英文写报告。

工作地点，在浙江地区出差，主要是宁波周边一带工厂。

General Overview

To assistant QC&QC Director finish this department's daily work. To assure this department runs smoothly. Look after Buying Office clients’ QC service business.

Job duties

1. Communicate with Buying Office clients to arrange and allocate each inspection tasks to suitable inspectors.

2. Check and modify inspection reports which our inspectors supply QC service as the third part for Buying Offices. And then send those inspection reports to client in timely.

3. Count inspection service fees at each end of month and check with client by e-mail. Then, inform finance department in timely to charge clients.

4. Place inspection reports on file and input all ET2C inspection reports into systems in timely.

5. Input factory audit reports into system in timely.

6. Assistant QC&QA director to finish daily QC allocation work. Inform both inspector and the factory about some inspection schedules.

7. Other tasks assigned by Superior.

Job Requirements

1. College or above, major in quality or equivalent. 2+ years of assistant work experience.

2. High sense of responsibility, self-motivated.

3. Engaging & influential communication\negotiation skill.

4. High service sense.

5. Keen observation, analysis and coordination ability.

6. Honest and strictly complying with professional ethics

7. Excellent team work and working well under pressure.

8. Work carefully and high patience.

9. Familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

10. Good command of written and oral English.

11. Willing to travel if necessary.
