Role Overview:
The HRBP Assistant Manager plays a critical role in aligning the human resources strategies with the business objectives of the luxury brand.
This position requires a young potential professional with understanding of the luxury retail landscape and the ability to provide HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a key HR Business Partner, cultivating strong relationships with business leaders to deliver exceptional HR services and advice for the retail stores in Shenyang;
Provide support to HR Leader on manpower planning, workforce optimization, incentive scheme reviews, talent management, leadership development, and the effective execution of HR processes to enhance employee engagement;
Collaborate with HR teams to improve employee experience and operational efficiency, ensuring internal stakeholders are engaged and supportive of change initiatives;
Actively participate in the development of HR data analytics, people strategies, policies, and procedures, providing input and feedback to meet the dynamic needs of the business;
Proactively offer insights and direction for improving people data processing and analysis;
Prepare periodic HR reports and analyses related to manpower costs, headcounts, and budget forecasts;
Lead and support other ad hoc assignments to address evolving business requirements.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the HRBP function within the retail or luxury retail industry, with significant experience working with frontline sales staff.
Demonstrated capability in executing HR projects and performing in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility, attention to detail, strong teamwork, and organizational skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in using MS Office.
