ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Employee Engagement
1. Help the business leader to foster an inclusive, safe, and ethical work environment.
2. Develop communication channels in the site to encourage effective two way (up-to-down, down-to-up) communications, while also improve the cooperation across the various functions. not limited TWW/ EX/ DEI projects, bulletin board, annual dinner, birthday party, outing, Townhall Meeting etc.
3. Be able to accurately locate brief, understand employee’s / business requirement, and customize creative plans for corporate activities.
4. Responsible for the activities processes from proposal, application for procurement requirements, internal and external communication, execution to settlement.
5. Summary and Publish quarterly newsletter to set up a platform for employees to know the company information.
6. Act as a HR Window to all employees. Initiatively assist to enhance communications with each employee.
- Administration Management
1. Develop and execute administrative policies.
2. Oversee daily operations of company’s administrative procedures.
3. Can independently manage well the daily work and emergencies of permanent Suppliers.
4. Responsible for quality of canteen service and shuttle bus, coordinate with staff’s suggestions cross campus.
- Recruiting
1. Recruiting: recruiting office and technical staff according to the business plan (headcount plan).
2. Fill out the REQ/ CIS to ensure the approval procedure are conducted duly.
3. Telephone screens job candidates ensuring minimum requirement are met or surpassed.
4. Implements recruiting Policy and Procedure in order to guarantee it upholding the principles of fairness and equality and complying with government regulations.
5. Assists HR Manager to consistently improve the recruiting system in order to optimize the caliber of candidates hired, reduce the hiring cycle time and reduce the costs associated with employee turnover.
6. Closely monitors recruitment effectiveness through adequate communication with supervisor of new hire during his/her probation period.
- Others
1. Prepare presentations or other related materials for the projects assigned by the line manager.
2. Assist in the preparation of documents (PPT, Excel, Word) and as required take related report and follow-up to ensure close of actions.
3. Manage HR related data & documents to ensure confidentiality is preserved.
4. Other assigned tasks by Manager.
Qualifications:
1. At least 2 Years of related working experience in MNC. (can be flexible with work experience requirements if high potential)
2. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Strong business acumen & cross functional HR experience is preferred.
3. The ability to handle multi-task and produce detailed work accurately and quickly.
4. Strong capabilities in interpersonal communications& business writing skills, flexibility and fast learning, attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Good PC knowledge and MS Office skills.
6. Excellent written and oral skills in English.
