生产主管

主要任务The main missions of the role are:

o Establish GAPs’ QCDP targets with UAP Manager and continuous improve: PPM，PPH、TRS, absenteeism rate, accident frequency, improvement ideas.与UAP经理和一起，定义GAP的QCDP目标（对实际情况做出改进）：PPM，PPH、TRS，缺勤率、事故次数、改进建议。

o Manage GAPs’ performance, provide accurate production data to UAP Manager. 每天监督生产绩效，并在交班前向UAP经理汇报准确的生产数据。

o Manage resources to achieve results: arrange manpower adapted to volume. 为实现结果进行资源管理：根据产量适当配置人员等。

o Act as GAP leader if necessary. 必要时代替GAP组长工作。

o Implement QRCI in case of a problem：take containment actions, call support functions if necessary, build corrective action plans 如遇问题，执行QRCI：采取即时围堵政策，通知支持功能部门，建立改正行动计划。

o Drive continuous improvement with the GAPs aligned with PIP. 根据工厂改善计划推动部门改善。

o Team management, including daily management and teambuilding. 团队管理，包括日常管理和团队建设。

o Complete other task assigned by manager.完成上级交代的其他任务。

资格要求Qualifications :

1.大专及以上学历；

2.3年以上大型制造业生产主管岗位经验，汽车行业优先；

3.具有良好的沟通协调和生产管理及快速解决问题能力；

4.熟练操作办公软件，熟悉IATF16949质量管理体系；

5.接受白夜班。
