外贸跟单主管

1. Order management: Responsible for receiving and tracking orders, including order confirmation, quantity, delivery time and other details.

2. Production coordination: Keep close communication with suppliers in the production department to ensure that the production schedule is carried out according to the scheduled plan and timely deal with problems in production.

3. Maintenance of old customers: timely deal with customer feedback, actively communicating with customers, and maintaining good customer relationship.

4. Internal communication: timely report the progress of orders to manager, maintain smooth communication with other relevant departments, and ensure the smooth progress of orders.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years working experience in related field, familiar with foreign trade process;

2. Computer literate （e.g. Microsoft Office， Excel， PowerPoint， Internet etc

3. Good coordination ability, organization ability and communication ability.
