岗位职责
1在总经理领导下,负责公司人力资源管理与行政管理工作。
Under the leadership of the General Manager, responsible for the company's human resources management and administrative management.
2组织制订和持续完善公司人事行政各模块制度体系和管理办法,优化人事行政工作流程。
Organize the formulation and continuous improvement of the company's human resources and administrative module system and management methods, optimize the human resources and administrative workflow.
3负责搜集用人需求,制定并完成招聘计划,精准开展招聘工作。
Responsible for collecting employment needs, developing and completing recruitment plans, and accurately carrying out recruitment work.
4负责制定公司培训计划、组织实施及培训效果的评估和跟踪工作。
Responsible for developing company training plans, organizing implementation, and evaluating and tracking training effectiveness.
5定期检查当地薪资福利数据信息及相关市场变化,参与薪酬、绩效体系设计与调整,核算员工工资,管理社保公积金等福利事项。
Regularly check local salary and welfare data information and related market changes, participate in the design and adjustment of salary and performance systems, calculate employee salaries, and manage welfare matters such as social security and housing fund.
6组织办理员工劳动合同的签订、续订、入职和离职等人事手续,调解劳动纠纷,建立和谐劳动关系。
Organize the signing, renewal, onboarding, and offboarding of employee labor contracts, mediate labor disputes, and establish harmonious labor relations.
7 负责公司企业文化建设,营造良好的企业氛围。
Responsible for building the company's corporate culture and creating a positive corporate. atmosphere.
8 组织安排各类会议及活动,保证公司运营顺畅。
Organize and arrange various meetings and activities to ensure smooth operation of the company.
9 负责公司固定资产的管理,办公用品采购与管理,办公环境维护等事务。
Responsible for the management of the company's fixed assets, procurement and management of office supplies, and maintenance of the office environment.
10协调内外部关系,包括内部各部门的沟通合作,以及外部机构或政府部门的联系。
Coordinate internal and external relationships, including communication and cooperation among internal departments, as well as communication with external agencies or government departments.
11 学习并支持外派员工相关事项,对接美国总公司及中国工厂相关事宜。
Learn and support matters related to expatriate employees, and liaise with the US headquarters and Chinese factories on related matters.
12上级交办的其他专项工作。

职位要求 Job requirements
1 本科及以上学历,人力资源相关专业优先。
Bachelor's degree or above, major in human resources is preferred.
2 五年以上马来西亚百人规模以上企业人事主管相关工作经验,有机加工行业经验优先。
More than five years of relevant work experience as a human resources supervisor in a company with a scale of over 100 people in Malaysia, with priority given to experience in the organic processing industry.
3 熟练使用word、excel等办公软件,中/英/马来文沟通流利,熟悉马来西亚当地文化及法规。
Proficient in using office software such as Word and Excel, fluent in Chinese/English/Malay communication, familiar with local culture and regulations in Malaysia.
4具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神、工作责任心及事业心。
Have good communication and coordination skills, team spirit, sense of responsibility and dedication to work.
