About the Role
We seek a creative Architectural Designer with international education background and proven experience in commercial B-end projects. You will lead design development for office buildings, hotels, and mixed-use developments, translating concepts into buildable solutions that meet client objectives and sustainability standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead schematic design, design development, and construction documentation for commercial projects (offices, hotels, hospitality).
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design integrity through all project phases.
- Conduct site analysis, zoning/code research, and space planning for complex B-end developments.
- Mentor junior designers and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized overseas institution.
Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in architectural design.
- Proven portfolio of delivered office, hotel, or large-scale commercial projects (concept to construction).
Soft Skills:
- Strong client-facing communication skills (English fluency mandatory; Mandarin preferred).

- 制定设计概念，进行初步设计和深化设计，绘制建筑图纸。
- 参与设计评审会议，提出设计方案的改进建议，确保设计质量。
- 为项目提供技术支持，解决施工过程中的技术问题。
- 与其他专业（结构、机电、景观等）协调，确保设计的一致性。
- 参与项目的进度管理，跟踪设计进展，确保按时完成设计任务。
- 协助进行成本控制，分析设计变更对项目预算的影响。
- 与客户保持良好沟通，了解客户需求，及时反馈设计进展。
任职要求
- 建筑学相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 具备5年以上建筑设计相关工作经验，熟悉设计流程和相关法规，必须具备项目落地实施经验。
- 熟练使用AutoCAD、Revit、SketchUp等设计软件。
- 具备较强的手绘能力和设计表现能力。
- 具备良好的沟通能力，能够有效与客户及团队成员进行交流。
- 具备团队合作精神，能够在高压环境下工作。
