1. Support the group leader to organize the workshop to find more VEVA ideas and SWAT ideas

2. Support the group leader to plan the annual projects list and implement

3. Lead and be responsible for cushion SWAT and VEVA projects according to ALV flow

4. Responsible for the related design work and follow the related cushion design guide line

5. Lead as change leader to manage change process of VEVA projects

6. Lead as project team leader to manage related SWAT projects

7. Further involvement and good communication with cross function teams, internal plants and suppliers

8. Be curious for the product, process and resource, and contribute to continue improvements, innovations

9. Complete other work arranged by the group leader.
