QA主管

1.Make sure medical disposable suppliers follow MDR. Help develop the the supplier pool with more MDR approved suppliers.

2. Help to make sure Abena China will be able to be approved for export of medical disposable products like PPE.

3. Assist export manager to arrange QC schedule, follow up/co-ordinate with suppliers in case of any change or emergency case.

4.Responsible for read, understand and explain all the certificates with both HQ and local factories and then implement all the procedures; Assist Abena China in ISO 9001, 13485, CE and other certificates, test reports .

5. Audit and approve new suppliers in China, develop more suppliers who can be swam label or GRS certified.

6. Offer higher service level to both internal and external clients, proactively identify potential quality and compliance risks to warn suppliers as well as AC team.

7. Define, implement and execute effective Quality strategies and processes for Abena China to fit to HQ QA strategy.

8. Liaise outside labs or 3rd party or consultant service and work with them to help/assist Abena or Abena suppliers qualified for designated projects.

9. Other tasks assigned by Export Dept. Manager and GM.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree above.

2. Good written and basic spoken English,Be able to present ideas in HQ.

3. At least 3 years working experience in QA/QC field.

4. Familiar with the quality standards of European Countries including North EU like MDR and ISO 9001,13485.

5. Passionate, detail-oriented and strong execution to push and guide all the team performance goes up to next level.
