Main tasks
主要工作职责
Responsible for the sales of the products in the relevant regions, making effective sales strategies, reaching the expected sales target and expanding the market share of the company's products
负责所在地区的产品销售,制定有效的销售策略,并达到预期的销售目标,扩大公司产品的市场份额
Responsible for developing new customers, searching new potential customers, maintaining the relations with old customers, and keeping long-term and sustainable cooperative relations with all customers
负责开发新客户,寻找潜在客户,定期维护和拜访老客户,和客户保持长期可持续的合作关系
Visit and discover the market, get the situation of the market and company product, provide the latest information of the market and competitors to the company
走访市场,及时掌握市场和产品的状况,反馈市场和竞争对手信息
Follow the delivery and solve the problems actively in the delivery process
跟进交付流程,并积极解决交付过程中出现的问题
Seek the relations in between mold makers, hot runner system and end customers
寻求模具制造商、热流道与终端客户之间的关系
Follow up the daily quotation and maintain the required data in sales system
每日报价跟进以及维护数据
Provide technical support according to sales and customer needs
从销售和客户需求角度, 提供技术支持
Requirement
任职要求
College degree or above
大专及以上学历
Basic English skills
基本英语沟通能力
3+ years working experience in sales
三年以上销售工作经验
Familiar with mold structure and experience in hot runner system is preferred
熟悉模具结构及有热流道经验者优先
Have strong mind in service and sales
具备销售和服务意识
Have strong skills in communication, sales and negotiation
较强的沟通能力、销售及谈判技巧
Have strong marketing analysis and coordination ability, willing to analyze and solve problems
具备较强的市场分析和营销能力,具备协调能力,分析和解决问题的能力
