Process Group Expert

61 Production safety assurance. Based on inflator production safety regulations from ZF and local government, stimulate machine safety, environment safety, and human safety activities. Drive safety report, BBS, and other safety continuous improvements.

61 Support to supervise shift/line leader and shift operator performance by ensuring hourly production goals are reached and production orders are fulfilled on time.

61 Supervise processes, ensure good OEE, PPP level.

61 Organize meeting to review production issues, make acting plans with efficiency solving method or tools.

61 Coordinate with other supporting departments to make sure production line run smoothly.

61 Drive for operational excellence goals, continuous improvements, lean activities. (5S, VSM, six sigma…)

61 New line/technology/product/process introduce

- CEA/Specification/PR, PO, SC related/Schedule, and tracking/Engineer change communication

- Pre acceptance and preparation/Customer document/Installation, final acceptance, qualifications

- Flow chart, PFMEA, WI, Mistake Proofing, and calibration sheet

- Master parts, Boundary sample, process gage preparation

- Tools, Fixtures/Spare parts purchase

61 Daily line jobs

-Line continues improvement to reduce the break down, by improve the fixtures, design, process parameter, PLC programs, vision system optimizations.

-Quality improvement on scrap and reworks.

-Prepare spare parts, assesses suppliers, and raises PR. Keep efficient spare part in stock.

61 Training

-Provide training and best practice sharing to operator/maintenance team to ensure that the required knowledge and skills are mastered for operating and maintaining the line equipment in use, and supply training material preparation.

61 Others the supervisor required according to work requirement.

Your profile：

61 5+ years’ experience in automotive industry

61 3+ years’ team management experience

61 Equipment manufacturing or Auto industry experience is plus.

61 Familiar with mechanical assembly line process and equipment.

61 Familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and ability for tooling/fixture design /upgrading;

61 Bachelor’s degree or above.

61 Major in mechanical and electronic engineering.

61 Good oral and written English skills

61 Experienced in Office

61 Preferred: IATF 16949 Internal auditor, Six-sigma Green Belt
