1.Leading projects including tool DEMO and report progress to customers and internals.

2.Handling complicated tool issue with R&D, CSEs in a cooperation mode.

3.Gap issue resolving in a collaboration mode with customers.

4.Driving for more tool applications and maximizing tool value.

5.SOP (Stand Operation Procedures) creations based on requirement.

6.Best Know Methodology/Inspection summarizing to improve skills and sharing to others.

7.Assist marketing and sales for business expansion in technical part.

8.Needs analysis- customer info collection on issues, requirement, development plan etc.

9.Competitor information collection including, install base, tool performance, tool issues, tool roadmaps, adoptions, etc.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor with 2 years' above FAB experience in process, process integration and related.

2. Or master degree with 1 year's above FAB experience in process, process integration and related.

3. Vendor work experience of field application engineer will be a plus.

4. Project leadear work experience will be a plus.

5. Capable of handling complicated cases and summarizng report for issues, meetings, etc.

6. Skillful in powerpoint documentation and presitentation skills.

7. Good communications skills and capable of handling high pressure cases.
