Mission & Main Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to approach our end users sales and diversify our sales channels by collaborating with internal affiliated companies.
Assist existing sales team to create competence on end users sales skills
This is a critical position for diversifying our sales channels and direct sales contributions, help us to build the future in the Atlas Copco Vacuum in China.

Your Role/职责:
61 Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a business plan to expand our end users approach.
战略规划:制定并实施商业计划,以扩大我们的最终用户。
61 Direct Sales: Engage directly with common key accounts of AC group, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
直接销售:与AC集团的主要客户直接接触,建立并维护良好的客户关系。
61 Distributor Network: Develop and increase a robust network of new channels from Compressor, CPI segments
经销商网络:从压缩机、CPI等细分市场开发和增加一个强大的新渠道网络。
61 Promotion & Collaboration: Actively promote our vacuum solution, collaborating closely with various business lines (OFA,CTS, LEWA, IT) and brand portfolio centers
推广与合作:积极推广我们的真空解决方案,与各业务线(OFA,CTS, LEWA, IT)和品牌组合中心密切合作。
61 Market Development: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to drive long-term success in the territory.

61 Assist sales team to build value selling competence and sales skills
协助销售团队建立价值销售能力和销售技巧。
61 Focus on replacement and upgraded market by offering our one-stop vacuum solution

61 Direct sales revenues target and significantly higher profitability than current level, applying with orders is a MUST.
直接销售收入目标和显著高于当前水平的盈利能力,能够带客户或者订单来这优先考虑。
Main Requirements/任职要求:
61 Over 5 years in sales with a proven track record.
5年以上销售经验,有良好的销售记录。
61 Experience in vacuum pump, compressor or chemical fluid applications within the Food & Beverage Pharmaceutical, Water Treatment, Chemical process and related industrial sectors is a big plus
在食品和饮料制药、水处理、化学工艺及相关行业有真空泵、压缩机或化学流体应用经验者优先考虑。
