7. Write counselor recommendations for G12 students and for younger students (Summer School) and support the teacher recommendation process by sharing timelines and providing guidance as needed.

8. Support final admissions processes for students upon release of IB results during the summer holiday, liaising with the Director of University Counselling and IBDP Coordinator as appropriate.

9. Provide accurate information regarding tests such as ACT, SAT, Oxbridge Assessments, TOEFL, IELTS and UKVI and support testing as necessary.

1. Bachelor’s degree and above

2. Have a relevant qualification/certification in university & careers counselling and/or at least 3 years of relevant experience working within a secondary school setting. Prefer IBDP counseling experience.

3. Have an understanding of the various components of an IB DP exam such as internal assessments, extended essay and CAS, contribute to a successful student portfolio for college admission.

4. Have a deep working knowledge of US, UK, Canadian, Australian admissions processes.
