2. 遵守公司工艺纪律，严格执行WI/SOP并形成相应的文件记录;

Abide by the company's process discipline, strictly implement WI/SOP and form corresponding documentation.

3. 负责所在区域工具、夹具、量具管理；负责所在区域设备日常点检，按计划维护保养

Responsible for the management of tools/fixture/gauges in the area;

4. 遵守5S相关要求及健康安全环保要求，严格佩戴PPE.

Comply with 5S requirements and health, safety and environmental protection requirements, and strictly wear PPE.

5. 推进持续改善，提高生产质量和效率；

Promote continuous improvement to improve production quality and efficiency.

6. 热爱学习新技能，具有高度的责任心，团结合作，服从上级的安排，能接受加班及倒班；

Love to learn new skills, have a high sense of responsibility, cooperation, obey the arrangement of superiors, can accept overtime and temporary shift work.

Core skills/attributes needed:

职位要求：

1. 职高/中专以上学历，机械类或材料类专业；

Vocational high school/technical secondary school or above, major in mechanical or material.

2. 有机加工3年以上专业操作经历。有相关操作证书者尤佳；

More than 3 years professional working experience in one of the following jobs: CNC, sheet metal assembly, heat treatment, anodizing, painting. Relevant operation certificate is preferred.

3. 熟悉G/M代码，能阅读简单程序。

Familiar with G/M code, can read simple programs.

4. 丰富的图纸阅读经验。

Rich drawing reading experience.

5. 各种刀具的认识以及正确的使用相应刀具的能力。

Knowledge of various tools and the ability to use them correctly.

6. 有航空制造业或铝合金加工行业经验者优先

Experience in aviation manufacturing or aluminum alloy processing industry is preferred.
