2.Analyze and manage purchase request with user department for defining and optimizing material field management and supplier strategy;

协同用户部门分析和管理采购需求，定义和优化品类管理以及供应商策略；

3.Responsible for special machinery new supplier sourcing for catalogue parts/ service /function unit/complete machine purchase category, including new supplier on-site audit and assessment process, sample release etc.;

负责非标自动化设备中标准件/机器设备/服务采购品类供应商开发和放行，包括新供应商现场审核，评估，样品放行等流程。

4.Responsible for domestic and oversea order fulfillment process containing RFQ, price analysis and comparision, price negotiation, order placement and delivery tracking;

负责国内及进口订单采购过程，询价，价格分析和比较，价格谈判，下单，交期跟踪；

5.As project purchasing role working together with project team to ensure project material order and request fulfillment;

承担项目采购角色实现项目物料和需求满足项目要求；

6.Lead and execute cost saving and localization project;

领导开展和实施成本节约及本地化项目；

7.Other assigned work

1.Bachelor degree and above with mechanical or electrical engineering major；

本科以上学历,机械或电气工程专业。

2.Minimum 3 years working experience at similar position with catalouge parts or special machinery purchase related work experiencein in manufacturing industry；

至少3年标准件采购或非标设备采购制造业相关工作经验。

3.Strong knowledge in Vaccum and Automation industry like Sensor, Conveyor system, Visual scanning system ,Electronic control system(PLC) ,Multiaxis ,Laser machine, Motor and controller Vacuum valve, pump，vacuum gauge etc.;

具有真空设备自动化领域的传感器，传送设备，视觉设备，电控设备（PLC），多轴系统，激光设备，电机及控制器,真空泵，阀，真空规等部件的知识。

4.Preferred CPPM certified；

取得CPPM证书优先- 熟悉成本细分和分析，识别潜在成本优化要素。

5.Good negotiation and communication skill with commercial feeling；

良好的谈判沟通能力。

6.Familar with import and export logistic knowledge;

熟悉进出口物流知识。

7.Know and read the Mechanical or Electrical drawing；

了解并能阅读机械/电气图纸。

8.Good teamwork spirit and business ethics is a must；

具有团队精神及职业道德。

9.Economic and legal knowledge are required；

具有经济和法律常识。

10.Good command of English and computer skills；

能够运用英语及电脑。
