机械设计及电气测试工程师

Make the programming for individual machines to assure the final product meet customer request .

完成定制MTS机器的布局图、装配图和详细制造图，进行单台机器的编程，以确保最终产品满足客户要求。

岗位描述

- Create and maintain Items in the ERP

- Produce Mechanical Drawings (layout, assembly, parts manufacturing, media diagrams)

- Create Bill of Material in the ERP

- Participate and support shop test of Equipment when required

- Perform site visit for technical information collection or measurements

- Conduct software programming activities (PLC, HMI) in respect of the studies

- Validate drafting work of the electrical & hardware Engineering design in respect of the Automation Engineering studies and relevant norms.

- Testing and Validation of the hardware and software functionalities during the shop test.

在ERP系统中创建和维护物料信息

制作机械图纸（布局图、装配图、零件制造图、介质流程图）

在ERP系统中创建物料清单（BOM）

需要时参与并支持车间设备测试

进行现场访问以收集技术信息或进行测量

按照研究要求执行软件编程活动（PLC，HMI）

根据自动化工程研究及相关标准验证电气与硬件工程设计的制图工作

在车间测试期间对硬件和软件功能进行测试和验证

Qualifications:

Technical Background with Experience

Bachelor of mechatronic Engineering or electric automatization

技术背景及经验

具有机电一体化工程或电气自动化方面的学士学位

经验领域

2D & 3D Mechanical Design

Material knowledge and steel grade application in mechanical construction

Basic mechanical calculation skills

PLC-1200 or equivalent Siemens programming experience

2D与3D机械设计

材料知识及在机械构造中钢材等级的应用

基本的机械计算技能

具备PLC-1200或同等西门子编程经验
