Finality
Manage all financial aspects of the Business Unit (actual, budgets, forecasts, etc.), supervise the financial aspects of projects and sites reporting to the Business Unit and draw up activity reports to communicate the central accounting reports to the Business Unit Director.
Provide active support in the management of the Business Unit (M&A, etc.)
Supervise the Business Unit management controllers and project controllers
