质量工程师 QE

This position is responsible for process quality & quality system during whole project lifetime;

1. Participate in feasibility study;

参与可行性研究;

2. As team member join the FMEA discussion;

作为团队成员参加FMEA讨论;

3. Creating relevant quality documents, such as lesson learns, CP, inspection instructions and train QC ;

制定相关质量文件，如经验教训、CP、检验指导书等，并对QC进行培训;

4. Leading MSA and process capability study;

领导MSA和工艺能力研究;

5. Leading the non-conformance control for production, orginaze the team to do non-conformance analysis and create, continually improve the product quality;

领导生产的不合格控制，组织团队进行不合格分析和创造，持续改进产品质量;

6. Monitor the implementation of quality system, maintain and continuously improve the quality system's effectness and efficiency;

监督质量体系的实施，保持并持续改进质量体系的有效性和效率;

7. Leading the process audit and collect the evidece until all open points closed;

领导过程审核并收集证据，直至所有漏洞关闭;

8. Follow shw's procedure;

遵循公司的程序;

9. Familiar with APQP process, and should provide PPAP timely based on project milestone; 熟悉APQP流程，并根据项目里程碑及时提供PPAP;

10. Be the main customer interface regarding Quality matters;

作为质量方面的主要客户接口

11. Other cases assigned by leader.

Requirements:

1. College (included) or above degree in Engineering ;

大专或以上学历，工程专业;

2. Experience about product/ quality assurance for over 2 years desirable.;

2年以上产品/质量保证工作经验优先;

3. Be Familiar with IATF16949 and application of quality methods & tools;

熟悉IATF16949及质量方法和工具的应用;

4. Project and/or Process Experience would be preferred, such as assembly process;

有项目和/或工艺经验者优先，如装配工艺;

5. Be good at written and oral English.

良好的英语读写能力。

6. Familiar with alu casting and machining process, CQI-27 certification a plus+.

熟悉铝合金铸造和机加工工艺，有CQI-27认证优先考虑。
