In this position, you would have the opportunity to develop a sales territory by maintaining relationships with current customers and bringing in new ones to drive business. You will be a representative of the YIAO, becoming a trusted face to our customers while also adhering to company values and policy. As a member of our team, you will become an advisor and solution provider throughout the sales process. Scaling the business is our one and only focus!
资格要求Qualifications:
--工学学士以上,电气自动化专业、机电自动化\机械设计制造自动化、化工机械、过程装备控制或相关专业. (更偏好于优秀的本科毕业生,并具扎实、专业的工作技能)
Engineering bachelor or above, majored in Electrical Automation, Electronics-Mechanic, mechanical design/manufacture and automation, chemical mechanics, process equipment or related majors.
--极好的口头、书面表达及交流能力
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
--较强的组织能力
Strong organizational skills.
--必须能够自我驱动、积极主动,能在较小的监督指导条件下独立工作的能力。
Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and be able to work independently with low supervision.
--拥有对客户及设备服务的热情
A passion for equipment and customer service.
--很好的人际关系、时间管理及交流沟通的能力。
Very good interpersonal, time management, and communication skills.
--英语说、读、写流利。
Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing.
--有销售经验者优先,但不必须。
Outside Sales experience preferred, but not required.
主要职责Main Responsibilities :
--作为公司主要联系人,负责与客户对接项目管理、技术和商务问题的联络。Liaison with the Client as the Company's prime contact on all Project Management, Technical and Commercial matters.
--制定销售策略以帮助你实现个人的销售额及由公司指派的一些目标
Create and develop a Sales Strategy to help obtain your personal quotas, as well as those set by YIAO.
--定期与现有的或潜在的客户进行沟通交流,提供客户所需的解决方案,在你自己的销售领域内管控自己的销售活动。
Communicate with all current and potential customers on a regular basis, providing solutions as needed, and oversee all sales activity in your sales territory.
--与销售主管直接协调和工作,反馈信息及当下项目取得机会的更新状态。
Coordinate and work directly with Sales Leaders to provide feedback and current opportunity status updates.
--能够管理所有潜在和现有客户的数据及时清零并更新
Ability to manage data maintaining clean and updated records for all leads and customers.
--遵守所有公司的规则、价值观和政策,以代表公司向所有潜在客户和现有客户准确表达。
Adhere to all company procedures, values, and policies so you provide an accurate representation of the company to all potential and current customers.
--电话推销;向潜在的客户做持续的电话推广
--Cold calling; making many outbound calls to potential clients.
--通过经济政策、网络搜寻或数据资源上研究潜在的客户
Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
--从营销数据、行业会议及贸易展中筛选潜在的客户。
--Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, tradeshows, etc.
--对可能的客户创建并维护管理好一个清单/数据库。
Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients to manage.
--跟踪每周、每月、每个季度的业绩及销售指标。
--Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
--不断地发展、培育和增加你的销售渠道。
Continually developing, nurturing, and growing your Sales Pipeline.
--一定是有效且目标导向。
Must be influential and goal-oriented.
--须拥有一个精力充沛、外向友好的品行。
--Must possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
--须能面对多重任务,抓住重点,有序安排,有效地管理好时间。
Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
