Business Analyst

1. Conduct the requirements collection during the implementation phase.

2. Engage the stakeholders to understand client’s business requirements & technology strategy

3. Interview with business users, gather & confirm business requirements and prepare the structured business requirement documents

4. Clarify KPI logics, provide detail & clear KPI definitions and communicate with developers

5. Conduct gap analysis between the AS-IS landscape against the envisioned TO-BE state

7. Work on analysis works, work out simplification solution, and present it to the client for their acceptance

8. Manage / support the client’s projects following client’s project delivery process

10. Provide user training

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above

2. At least 5-8 hands-on experiences in BI field

3. Experience in Life Science Project, strong knowledge of Life Science Sales & Marketing Data domain, familiar with life science CRM data domain.

4. Experience on managing customers’ expectations, such as the prioritization of business demands from different departments.

5. Experience on KPI design & data lineage analysis is big plus

6. Professional team lead with good communication skill

7. Prior management consulting and team management experience

8. Capability on the structured requirement document

9. The experience on using PBI tools is a plus

10. Strong communication, writing and presentation skills and interpersonal skills

11. Familiar with BI project development life cycle, project management experience is plus

12. Familiar with SQL language, excel, PowerPoint etc.

13. Understand with SQL Server/Oracle/MySQL

14. Fluent English
