**Position Overview:**

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will play a critical technical leadership

role in the company's controllers, actuators, and valve product lines,

responsible for comprehensive engineering management from concept design to

final product delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Product Development and Innovation

● Lead comprehensive design and development of next-generation controllers,

actuators, and valves

● Develop detailed product requirements, evaluating technical innovation and

commercial feasibility

● Utilize advanced computer modeling and simulation technologies to optimize

design solutions

● Develop breakthrough technical solutions to enhance product performance and

cost competitiveness

2. Technical Management

● Strictly control milestone deliveries in new product development, ensuring

project progression as planned

● Lead technical reviews and design decision meetings

● Establish and supervise technical standards and design specifications

● Assess and manage risks in technological development processes

3. Supply Chain and Manufacturing Collaboration

● Closely collaborate with suppliers to optimize component design and

procurement

● Guide manufacturability analysis to reduce production costs

● Evaluate and certify new suppliers

● Assist in establishing rigorous quality control systems

4. Certification and Compliance

● Responsible for technical certification of products with UL, CE, and other

certification bodies

● Ensure product compliance with international technical standards and

industry regulations

● Manage product compliance transformation from R&D to mass production

**Qualification Requirements:**

Educational Background:

● Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, doctoral degree preferred

● Majors in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related

engineering fields

Work Experience:

● Over 10 years of electromechanical product design and development experience

● Background in product development in commercial HVAC field

Professional Skills:

● Proficient in 3D modeling software like Pro-E/Creo, SolidWorks

● Skilled in CAD/CAM/CAE simulation analysis tools

● Expertise in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)

● Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification

● Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software

Technical Expertise:

● Injection molded plastic part design and analysis

● Powder metallurgy processes
