RESULT AREAS

. Monitors and coordinates activities of the WCM Pillar Teams in the

plant, together with other Pillar Leaders;

. Set a Plant WCM Roadmap and ensures its implementation

. Defines most appropriate methods and tools to attack specific losses

according to Brembo WCM guidelines

. Defines operation and improvement plans in line with assigned KPI

and ensures they are implemented in the area of responsibility;

. Shares know-how on Brembo WCM standards, methods and tools

(Learning and deploying knowledge about WCM methodology) to

plant people, according to needs and priorities

. Maximizes people involvement in the application of Brembo WCM

methodology

. Assess, together with other WCM Pillar Leaders, knowledge on WCM

methodology in the plant and organizes trainings to cover gaps,

coopering with the Plant WCM PD pillar

. Reports to the Plant Manager and Plant WCM Pillar Leaders the

status of improvement projects (timing and savings), with a visual

and effective projects tracker - together with the Plant WCM CD Pillar

Leader

. Supports Plant Manager during Budget Process
