职位描述
EXPECTATION:
Responsible for the product quality in supplier side to meet AG’s requirement, including Pre-Production Sample, Production Sample and Mass Production on-site quality assurance, ensure products to be delivered on time and on quality.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-根据公司质量要求，维护公司的品质标准！
Oversee Pre-production and Production quality in supplier side to ensure all products adhere to the established manufacturing standards on or before production.
-批核供应商递交的产前样板或大货样板，确保及时处理！
Review and approve Pre-production samples and Production samples submitted by vendors and ensure on-time delivery
-检查样品的材料，印刷，印后，配件和包装等质量问题！
Review and ensure the quality of samples, such as materials, Pre-production, Production, components and packaging.
-跟供应商沟通关于样板批核的状态，解答供应商提出的问题并指导其改善！
Communicate with vendors for the update of approval status, and answer their questions if any.
-供应商生产过程现场稽核，确保AG产品的质量标准及生产进度的符合性!
On-site production check in supplier side to meet AG’s quality standard adhere to production schedule.
-出货前QC 抽样检查，确保出货产品的质量
QC sampling inspection for finished goods before shipment release, to ensure quality product been shipped.
-同国外不同业务部门跟进设计文件，产品规格和样板的质量问题！
Act as the liaison between overseas Business Units and vendors, to follow up design related documentation, production specification and other quality issues.
-向主管汇报日常样品批核情况，确保不影响货期！
Report samples approval status to supervisor regularly, to ensure on-time production and delivery.
-部门经理或主管分配的其他工作任务！
Other duties as assigned by Department Head or supervisors.
-按照公司业务要求, 能接受其他地区国家出差! 包括但不限于越南，柬埔寨，马来西亚，印尼，泰国！
Be able to travel to other regions and countries as business needs, which including but not limited to Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand.
Qualifications & Experiences:
-大专以上学历，印刷/包装/平面设计相关专业优先！
-3年以上的包装/印刷工作经验，资深经验将作为Senior Production Engineer。
-熟悉材料, 不同的印刷方式和生产相关过程！
-有质量控制和质量保证相关工作经验，特别是质量检验有相关了解的优先
-工作细心，注重细节，有强烈的学习意愿！
-良好的团队合作精神，工作积极主动，能承担工作压力！.
-英语可以读写，或可作为工作语言，CET-4！
