岗位职责
• Design SME lending product and workflow • Monitor system development to ensure fit product features with good UI design and UX • Prepare new product policy, procedure and memo • Work with Risk, IT, Legal and Compliance and Operation team to ensure new product comply with business and regulatory requirements • Carry out UAT and provide constructive feedback • Monitor performance of various channels and evaluate result
任职要求
岗位要求: • University graduate • Minimum 2 years of experience in product development and management in banking industry • Flexible, adaptive, independent, good team players with strong communication and problem-solving skills • Good at Microsoft Word, Chinese Word Processing, Excel • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin • Immediate available is preferred
